The Family Clothesline, located in downtown State College, is seeking fun, friendly people to join our team.

• Full Time Position – Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week
• All Team Leaders are responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience in the store, and are expected to perform a variety of cross-functional tasks as assigned by management
• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication and desire to meet their needs
• Capable of running registers, open/close registers, restocking the retail floor, and answering phone calls
• Train new Sales Associates and Team Leaders, ensuring all employees are informed of store policies, programs and procedures as needed
• Process returns and exchanges, weekly on-hands, receive and put away Print Shop shipments
• Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Must be knowledgeable of the merchandise on the retail floor
• Fulfills assigned duties as defined by the Store Manager
• Reliable, dependable, manages time wisely, and takes pride in work
• Assist other departments of The Family Clothesline as needed
• Must work every home football game, State Patty’s Day, Blue/White Scrimmage, Graduations and Memorial Day
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with other staff
• Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• In addition to the duties outlined above, Lead Sales Associates are also assigned a specific department to maximize the overall appearance, stock levels, merchandising, and customer experience within the assigned area

• Position Reports to: Store Manager; Assistant Store Manager
